Can anyone explain how the Resequence & Reschedule option works in the Maintenance Workbench?

Hi there,

  I have recently come across an option to Resequence & Reschedule work orders when running the forecast in the maintenance workbench.  This option became available when we changed some meter based PMs to have a work order status of Created (they were previously set to Released).  I have been through all the EAM documentation I can find but none references this option and I would like to know what the functionality of this option is?
