R12 FSG drilldown does not change for different periods

We are on OEBS 12.1.3, and have applied the latest FSG and drilldown patch.  Our current financial year runs from Jan-12 to Dec-12

We are finding that for a report that has columns with offsets that, while we can get the correct drilldown for the first column (eg period Jan-11), for subsequent columns (eg Feb-11, Mar-11) the drilldown is still returning the results for the Jan-11 column.

We also have reports that have offsets going back to previous periods. If we enter a POI in the current financial year, the drilldown works correctly for periods in the current financial year (Jan-12 to Dec-12).  However if we try the drilldown in columns in the previous FY, it only returns the drilldown for the POI.
