Record has been changed by another user error

Hello

On one particular order , i am getting this error message when i try to perform ANY type of activity on it.

"Record has been changed by another user.
Please requery the record before performing any update."

It just keeps on popping up and the only thing i have to do is close the instance completely.

I checked with the DBA's and removed all the locks on the oe_order_headers_all and oe_order_headers_all , to make sure that there are no locks on the order.

However, even that did not help.

Could anyone pls let me know what can be the reason for this or has anyone come accross such issue?
