what to learn along with istore

 Hello All,
This is not a technical question but posting here as I think this is related 
I have been working as Oracle iStore Technical Consultant from 4 years 
I am currently happy with the job I am doing but when I look at my co-oracle apps consultants they seem to know a lot of technologies .
Where as I am good at iStore technical and Configurator extensions ,know order management.
how can I improve my skills and which technologies should I concentrate to become a competent oracle apps consultant and grow well in my career ?
