R12 upgrade driver got failed in ibytmppp.ldt and ibyupgpp.ldt

Hi,
I am applying the R12.1.1 Upgrade driver merged with the CUP1 and pre-install patches.

My patch got failed in between with the below error messages:

ibytmppp.ldt :

 Error loading seed data for IBY_UPG_PPP:  SYSTEM_PROFILE_CODE = IBY_PAY_EDI_PAYMUL,  ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
  Error loading seed data for IBY_UPG_PPP:  SYSTEM_PROFILE_CODE = IBY_PAY_EDI_SWIFT_MT100,  ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

ibyupgpp.ldt

  Error loading seed data for IBY_UPG_PPP:  SYSTEM_PROFILE_CODE = IBY_PAY_CHK_1_CO,  ORA-00001: unique constraint (IBY.IBY_UPG_PPP_
B_U1) violated
