INCIDENT_TRACKING.CUSTOMER_PO_NUMBER field getting blank after saving in SR form
I have done form personalization on SR form (CSXSRISR) to rename/hide some fields, and using INCIDENT_TRACKING.CUSTOMER_PO_NUMBER to capture some information. Once I am entering and saving the record, value in INCIDENT_TRACKING.CUSTOMER_PO_NUMBER gets blank after saving and again I have to enter the value.
It is creating confusion among users, that once they have entered value, how it can be disappear after saving.
Is there any profile option /any other thing in this regards?
