On standalone multinode EBS setup (11.5.10.2), why is $OA_HTML/cabo NFS mounted across apache/forms

Our Oracle E-Business Suite setup is as below.

1 DB node

1 Concurrent-Admin-Discoverer node

6 apache/forms nodes

EBS Version: 11.5.10.2

DB Version: 10.2.0.3

We have the above EBS setup with all application servers being standalone and independent. We dont have shared application file system or shared APPL_TOP configured. All file systems are local to the respective servers)

But during implementation, the $OA_HTML/cabo directory has been NFS mounted from onde apache/forms nodes to all other 5 apache/forms nodes. We would like to understand why this was done.

Rest of the file systems being independent to server, why ONLY $OA_HTML/cabo file system has been shared across all the apache/forms nodes. Is this hjow it is supposed to be? If so, Why?
