values of 'Task Owner' are coming in SR form 'Task' tab

Hi,

From where the values of 'Task Owner' are coming in SR form 'Task' tab?

I have imported few resources in concerned group, but those are not coming in LOV of 'Task Owner' field. Is there any other setup/profile option needs to be done for this?
