EPMA frequently stops

  Hi,
In our Hyperion Instance-

Data Sync Web Service 
EPMA Web App Service
EPMA server

Ver: 11.1.2.1

all three stop frequently then we restart and start working for few days.

from log file i notice some message-

"Detected mixed IPv4 and IPv6 environment.  Using :: binding" which i am not sure if it is causing some problem. Please advice if any settings required. Our network support only IPv4.
