Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Assignment Manager Button next to Owner field is grayed out

All,

Exctually I have some issues related to automatic Task Owner assignment.

1) At task creation the Owner Type and Owner are taken from the profile option, it is expected to be taken from the territory structure.

2) To check if the territories are setup correctly I want to use the Assignment Button next to the Owner field, but it is grayed out.

I would be grate if you have some quidance in solving the above issues.
