R12 HCM in Russia: Success Story or Incite into Addressing Statutory Requirements

 Dear All,
Working with a global customer who is incorporating their Russia operations into the Global HCM environment (R12/Fusion Coexistence).  We're working to advise the client on the ability to address statutory requirements in Russia.  Would be interested in hearing from anyone with experience in this area.
