Upgrading to Latest JRE 6.0 on Database Tier Node

Hello,We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3. I've one confusion with one post upgrade task.
Note 455492.1 for upgrading RDBMS to JRE 6.0 in DB node mentions to "Download the 32-bit JRE only, not the Java SE Development Kit (JDK)." in
Step 4.1. But if we are using 64 bit DB server , still we need to download 32 bit JRE?
