Upgrade 12.1.1 : error on 5408422.sql ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE

Hi,
The adworker log file is showing the following error :
Start time for file is: Wed Jun 20 2012 16:01:06

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u01/appl/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/inv/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/5408422.sql &un_inv &batchsize 2 12
