Automatically assign opportunity / Quote to sales person defined in territory manager

There is a way to automatically assign lead to the sales engineer set up in territory manager

Lead owner assignment via territories: While creating a lead, the lead owner is assigned automatically using the Territory Assignment Program (TAP), if the ‘Do Not Reassign’ checkbox is not checked for the lead creator in the sales team.

Is there a way to do this for an opportunity and Quote?
