Half-Day Recurring Absence

We have a requirement in R12 related to half day absence.

Employee should be able to apply for half-day recurring absence. Example: from 15-Aug-2012 to 18-Aug-2012 AM and it should correctly give the duration.

We are using BG_ABSENCE_DURATION for formula claculation

Let me know your thoughts on the feasibility
