Oracle MFS Laptop Sync Error on first sync
We have added Oracle Field Service/Laptop responsibility to users and when they perform the webtogo installation the initial sync fails at the end (~92%) the Synchorinize Application Data phase with the foillowing error: null unknown error.
I searched for that error in Oracle Support but cannot find any references. The users also have Oracle Field Service/Palm responsibility which we plan to end date once we get them moved over to the laptop. Not all of the users see the error. I was able to resolve the problem for one of the users by dropping and recreating the user but hope that is not the solution.
