Urgent - PDF printing error from BI Template.

URGENT We go live in a week.

We have created a template for the printed PO report using BI Publisher templates. When running PO Output for communications we get garbage in the printer.  (HPLJ4).  However, when I view the output in the concurrent request output, I see the beautifully formatted PDF file.  I can print it from the view, but not from the concurrent program.

What am I missing in the setup of the printer to allow the output generated in PDF format from the BI template to print properly?
