Oracle Hardware pack installation on VM 3.1.1 on 4470 M2

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC)
I have VM 3.1.1 installed on a 4 way 4470 M2 and have it added to my VM manager, which in turn is attached on my 12c EM.
I am trying to install Oracle Hardware pack file "p14044265_223_Generic" which is suppose to be compatible with Oracle VM3. When I execute the following command to run the install

./install.bin - console

I get the following error.

Preparing to install...
Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...
strings: '/lib/libc.so.6': No such file
