Slow ZFS Send/Recv perfomance

 Hi,
We have  Oracle DB running  on ZFS.  OLTP performance is good.  How ever we are seeing degraded response from ZFS Send and Receive.  We use send/receive on the same server to recreate a duplicate database for reporting. 
All ZFS Data-sets are are configured as per ZFS Fine tuning for Databases ( 8k record size). From our observation 8K record size is slowing read IO for zfs send . 

Any suggestions to fine tune this ? Zpools are created on SAN luns.
