After Upgradeind from 11.5.9. to 11.5.10.2, unable to compile Form FAXOLFIN.fmb

 When attempting to generate form FAXOLFIN.fmb from $AU_TOP using 'f60gen FAXOLFIN apps/apps module_type=FORM compile_all=YES batch=NO' on Unix, the following compilation error orccours:

Same result when compiling from adadmin.

version of FAXOLFIN.fmb in Diagnostics shows 115.79, but in Unix it show 115.80

There are file version higher than 115.80 but customer not willing to apply a patch to get to
