How to get login user's inventory organization?

Hi, I'm Developing a custom form for Oracle Inventory.
Please guide me on following,
1. How can I give the user to select the Organization when he open the custom form?

2. How can I get the login user's Inv Org from the back-end (in forms)?
I tried with 'FND_GLOBAL.ORG_ID', but it always return '-1'?

Please help me on this?
