Oracle EBS R12 - AR Module - Creating customer error

Hi,

When I try to create a customer within Oracle Receivables, I receive an error saying "The following required field does not have a value: Context Value".

There are multiple context value fields in the create customer page, and I have selected a value for the one marked as required. 

Hence, I am not sure why this error is appearing. 

My steps so far...

1. Select Navigator > Customer > customer

2. Select 'Create' below the simple search menu

3. Input the following info - Org name, Account no, Country, Address, Context value

4. Click ' save and add details'

At this point I receive the above mentioned error.
