Create SR using right SR language
If you prefer local language, you can choose that one. And if you prefer English, English is a good choice.The difference is that: Local language will be only 5x8 support, and we only provide 7x24 for English support.
For any none English SR or none severity 1 SR, it will be assigned to support analyst at your local normal working hour.
So if you have critical issue at none working hour (evening or weekend), and you need the immediate support from Oracle, you must log severity 1 SR and select the English language.
