R12.1.3: Contact Center -> Task tab
Does anyone know how to display the tasks created by the Quick Task in the Task tab in the Contact Center?
Also, does anyone know how to get the Parts Requirement button, the skills button, the debrief button and the copy task button in the tasks tab in Contact Center?
Basically we are trying to avoid using the service request form and have all service requests/tasks being created through the contact center.
