Oracle Grid infrastructure installation fail

 Hello all,              i'm going to post my first question on this forum i was installing Oracle RAC 11g R2 on windows 2008 server. i have started the process one week before but my installation got fail when grid infrastructure fail at configuring infrastructure  with error. i have posted my question on OTN but nobody help me out there. Have a look the link where i opened a thread. 

i'm following Tim hall document for installation of Rac with one exception, my whole environment is windows base
