Average Cost Without Taxes - Brazilian Periodic Average Cost Complements

Hello,

In Brazil, when it adopted the average cost to value the inventory must be used the average cost without taxes.

The Cost Management module have a form  "Cost Management - SLA -> Item Costs -> Item Costs" where makes the inquiry of the average cost that is used in outbound inventory transactions.

And what shows on the form is the average cost with taxes,  which is wrong.

 Is there a form or report  where is possible to consult the average cost without taxes. Or, is there any patch to fix this problem?
