How to assign attributes to dimensions in Planning

Hi,

Can any one tell me how to load attribute in Planning, and assign them to Dimension?

I did as following step, but dose not work:

Dimension: GL_Code

Attribute:Description (text)

I saved the attribute flat file as Att.csv

And the format of that file is:

Parent   Description

Description ...........

Description ..........

OutlineLoad /A:PlanBud /U:Admin /I:c:\Att.csv /DAT:Description:GL_Code /L:c:/outlineLoad.log /X:c:/outlineLoad.exc

Is there anything wrong with the loading process?

Could any tell me the correct steps.
