Statement of Direction for Hyperion Business Rules

Product Management has released a Statement of Direction for Hyperion Business Rules.  Please see " Hyperion Business Rules Statement of Direction (Doc ID 1448421.1).

"Please be advised that there have been changes in the availability of Hyperion Business Rules, and that the 11.1.2.1 release of this product is the terminal release.

Beginning with Oracle EPM System Release 11.1.2.2 Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager will be the only graphical rules interface and repository for all EPM customers. Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager is the strategic business rules interface for Oracle.
Oracle Hyperion Business Rules will not be part of Oracle EPM from Release 11.1.2.2 onwards. Rules within Hyperion Business Rules will be migrated to Oracle® Hyperion Calculation Manager as part of the release 11.1.2.2 upgrade. Customers using Hyperion Business Rules within prior releases who upgrade to 11.1.2.2 will need to upgrade all rules into Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager."
