At end of application got following message :
Failed to compile : fa forms/ESA FAXSUBCT.fmx

I noticed the form FAXSUBCT.fmx was generated on 2 workers, worker 1 & worker 2.
worker 1 failed on compiling the package body for BOOK_CONTROLS
worked 2 - compiled successfully.

User checked and didnt found any issue.
Was wondering whats the cause of this mis-leading message, if there is real issue or things are good ?
