Planning Sample application creation

Hi,  does anyone know where the forms and rules are for sample application in 11.1.2.2?

I am able to find dimensions build file for EPMA and data file in $EPM_ORACLE_HOME/Products/planning/bin/sampleapp.  I started out to build application in classic administration but since dimesion are availble in .ads format ended up using EPMA to However I need forms and rules too.   

In OBE, the example says, Initialize the sample application but that was writter for version 11.1.1.3, I don't know whether that is still possible for 11.1.2.2

Found the solution can be closed.  The Initialization is under Administration>Application>Manage application then Action and under Action <Initialize application>.  This is change in 11.1.2.2 from 11.1.2.1
