12c - Clear stateless alerts

There is a rule in 12c that is supposed to clear stateless alerts after 7 days, but it does not seem to be working.  I have an SR open on this issue.
In the mean time I need to clear out the hundreds of alerts that are cluttering up my incident manager console.  In OEM 10g, I was able to call  sysman.mgmt_diag.ClearStatelessMetric.

I have not found a similar procedure in 12c.  

Any ideas?
