JDE E1 Tools 9.1 provides the E1 Page Generator functionality. I have created some custom pages that i'm trying to upload/import using applicaiton P982400.  The .ZIP file created that contains the custom page info can be accessed and 'loaded' to E1 - but the database doesn't get updated - and no errors are indicated.

Are there any special setups that may need to occur before an upload is accepted?  What would cause the upload to fail at the database even though the application doesn't indicate any errors?
