Hourly Rate used to Cost OTL transactions when Contingent Worker functionality is used

Hi,

My understanding is that when Contingent Worker functinality is used the cost rate used to cost the OTL transactions in Oracle Projects is the specified in the PO.

Is possible to cost the transaction using a cost rate specified in Projects or HR?
