Hardware requirement for BI Publisher server

Hello,

Would like to know the hardware requirements in terms of CPUs and RAM for installing BI Publisher Enterprise 11G for around 100 users to work on the same and run and schedule the complex reports.

Also, what is the best way to cluster the BI publisher server to support 100 users.
