Can we create multiple POs against different suppliers against different Sourcing RFQ lines ?

We have an issue here, will appreciate if anyone can help.

Our customer have the manual prctice of creating orders against multiple suppliers - Tender line wise. For an axample, in a tender if there are 10 lines and supplier A is lowest bidder in 5 lines, one PO is issued for the 5 items to Supplier A. Another PO is created for supplier B, who is the lowest bidder in rest 5 tender line items.

Here we are useing Oracle Sourcing R12.1.3 for tendering. Does it facilitate to create multiple POs for different suppliers sourcing line wise ?
