R12.1.3: Contact Center: how to move around (and delete) buttons on folders

Hi Gurus,

we are using the forms functionality in the Contact Center to clean up unwanted fields; however, there are a bunch of buttons that somehow i can't move....like the header buttons to edit and create contact.

On the Service Request tab, there are also plenty of buttons to move around like install base search button, contract details, address details...

Any help is deeply appreciated.
