Projects Integration with Inventory

Hi  experts ,

I am explain two process flow below . Please let me know what is the functional difference in these two and what is the impact of the two in projects ..

Scenario 1 : 

Create Inter Requisition for Inventory Item --> Create Internal Oder --> Import internal order in order management -->pick release and delivery transaction -->Move order Transaction with Project Information --> Import Cost in Oracle Projects PRC:Transaction Import 

Scenario 2 

Create Transaction type for Projects in inventory -->Misc Transaction (Issue to Project and then receipt from project ) --> Cost collection --> import cost in Oracle Projects PRC:Transaction Import
