how to create nonstandard discrete job for rework the assembly.

Dear All,
I have created standard discrete job for one Assembly and completed all operations,produced finished Good and stored in Inventory.
Now I want to Perform Rework for that assembly so can we create non standard discrete job and how to add rework operation to that Assembly?
Can anybody tell me the process to complete the rework operation?
