Sourcing:questions on colloboration team functionality

Hi

Im on R12.1.3 and testing re-evaluation process(Supplier profile audit) using sourcing RFI feature and got few questions

1)Notifications in serial when task is completed by each evaluation member?
we have four members in colloboration team

initiator of RFI-Person A -Commercial team member  Access-full
Person B-technical team member    access-evaluation
Person C-quality team member      access-evaluation
Person D-Final approver           access-evaluation
All are notifed

when supplier responds to RFI,initiator is notified and he enters evaluation comments.
after this,

2) How to enable AME for colloboration team for evaluation process.

ex:

we have four members in colloboration team
