Service Request Folders

Hi There

Does anybody know if the folders on the service request form CSXSRISR change in 12.1.3 after upgrading from 12.0.6? We experiencing a lot of errors when testing these folders. We get the following errors:

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: Invalid ID (27 times)
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exeption ORA-06508
FRM-40735: CLOSE_WINDOW trigger raised unhandled exeption ORA-06508


The first error FRM-41045 we had to click 27 times before the next error appears. I can get no documentation stating that the folder positions have changed. We've logged a SR with Oracle Support and according to them we have to recreate all the folders in 12.1.3 that was in 12.0.6. Due to time constraints this will be a bit difficult as we have only 4 days for the whole upgrade and just to recreate the folders is about 2 days work.
