AP Drafts

HI All

Std JDE AP drafts (P1) are immediately closed when they created. We want a process where system can create AP drafts but should not close them immediately and have a open amount with user needed due date on it so that they can be closed manually as per need. Please suggest if there is such process in any country localization module and we can use it for our project in Dubai. Any workaround for this is also welcome
