Vacation Rules - Radio Button "Deliver Notifications to me regardless of any general rules" to be di

Hello Gurus,

could you help me with the following. We would like to make disappeared or grayed out the Radio Button "Deliver Notifications to me regardless of any general rules" in the step 3 out of 5 when you create a Vacation Rule. This radio button only appears when Item Type selection is AP Invoices or Expenses.

Is there a profil option available? If we need to go with personalization, could you point out or explain to me the steps we need to take?
