Got ORA-06525 after Installing patchset 9.2.0.8 over 9.2.0.5 in DBMS_XMLDOM

Hi,
we installed patchset 9.2.0.8 on an 9.2.0.5 Database.
After Installation we got the Error

ORA- 06525 ( ORA-06512 ): Length Mismatch for CHAR or RAW data
in DBMS_XMLDOM.MAKENODE.

Are we the only ones in the world ? Couldn't find anything
