HRIS and Requisition Self service

The Requisition Self Service currently does not have the functionality to assign an approval role to approvae a requisition if say the approver goes on vacation.

The client is implementing the HRIS module  using the organizational structure to approve Time Entry. The progrms P051126 Manager Delagates Setup allows the delagation of an approvar to an alternate person in the case of the approver's absence.

The client would like to leverage this functionality ( approval delagation) in the Requisition Self Service module. The RSS module is being configured to utilize the approval routes based on the Organizational strucure from the HRIS module. So , the question is if  adelagation is made in the HRIS module, can the system leverage this delegation in the approval process for Requisition Sel Service.?
