Update from 30-August-2012: 

New  R12.1: Payables Recommended Patch Collections (AP RPC)  are now  released 

Patch 14273383:R12.AP.B - R12.1: Payables Recommended Patch Collection (Core AP), August 2012
Patch 13563481:R12.AP.B - R12.1: Payables Recommended Patch Collection (ISP), January 2012
Patch 13563489:R12.AP.B - R12.1: Payables Recommended Patch Collection (WF/PCARD), January 2012

The August AP Core RPC includes ALL root cause fixes for Data Integrity (Data Corruption) issues for AP known until August 2012.
We strongly recommend to apply the 3 RPCs.
