UpdateArray usage

I'd like to take a subset of an array and copy it into a new array (some positions from a starting one to a final one).

Is the updateArray the correct command? I ran it but I receive an error message " updateArray caught Exception: MeasureStoreException: Missing store database in domain: <pathto mydomain>RegPrice/data' ".
