Upgrade to R12 from 11.5.10.2

Hi,

We have an installation of 11.5.10.2 and we are using the SCM and Finance modules. Ours is a highly customized environment with more than 1000+ customized objects. We are planning to upgrade to R12 and we just want to upgrade it so that our existing application works as it is and doesn't break. We don't want to utilize any new features of R12 as of now.

So if anybody could please answer the below queries it will be very helpful

1. What are the major table structure changes from R11 to R12?

2. What are the Major API changes from R11 to R12?
