Location sharing across OU's

HI,

Is it possible to share same location across operating units?

We have a Ship to location for a customer in one OU, we want this to be available for other OU when creating the order. We dont want to have a new location# created, but want to be able to use the same in both OU's. Is this really possible in R12? I guess not but wanted to confirm.
