How to add Context Element (date) to triggered Work order

I am triggering a work order through Quality plan using the action "Create a maintenance work order".  The created WO has activity, asset number but not scheduled date. Any ideas how I can add scheduled start date to the WO?. I have tried adding collection elements ' Follow-up date' as well as 'Planned Start Date' with no luck
