Need Note for RAC Instalttion on linux 5.8 64 Bit(VMware) for 10g R2

Hello every bodyi m new in Oracle field i need some attention from my Seniors i try to install Oracle RAC on Linux5.8 (VMware) but i got some error can someone guide me & give me proper note for Installation.
